1/2 ounce of Chemist American Gin
1/2 ounce of pear liqueur
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3-4 basil leaves
3 ounces prosecco
2 ounces of soda water
Garnish with Basil leaves
Combine gin, pear liqueur, lemon juice, basil leaves and soda in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with basil leaves or basil crown.
