Made in Asheville, North Carolina, in collaboration with Chill Wave Coffee and Cooperative Coffee Roasters, this small-batch liqueur begins with Chemist American Vodka and a custom specialty coffee concentrate. A carefully selected infusion of cascara coffee fruit, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, orris root, coriander, and chicory root creates a rich, layered spirit that celebrates coffee's natural complexity.
With notes of freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate, dried cherry, and vanilla, Chemist Coffee Liqueur offers a balance of sweetness and depth without overpowering the character of the coffee itself.

Freshly roasted coffee, cocoa, vanilla, and dried cherry on the nose lead into a rich, coffee-forward palate with notes of fig, dates, and chocolate. A soft, earthy sweetness gives way to delicate floral notes of hibiscus and coffee fruit, with a smooth, lingering finish touched by molasses.
