Happy Bastard

Ingredients

• 1 oz Chemist American Gin

• ¾ oz Brandy
  (preferably Bertoux)

• ¼ oz St. Germain

• ½ oz Ginger Syrup

• ½ Lemon Juice

• 1½ oz Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic

• Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients (except tonic) in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake.

3. Strain into a collins glass over ice.

4. Top with tonic.

5. Garnish with lemon wheel.
