The French 75 is a refreshing and citrusy, sparkling gin cocktail that packs a punch. It’s perfect for the holidays and other celebratory occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Chemist American Gin

  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

Instructions

  1. In cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

  3. Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

  4. Garnish drink with a lemon twist.
