Chemist Single Malt Highball

Light, crisp, and dangerously easy to sip, this highball highlights the delicate complexity of our Gold Medal-winning Chemist American Single Malt Whiskey. With just the right bubbles and a twist of citrus, it’s the kind of cocktail that turns porches into parlors and late afternoons into golden hours.

The Tall Drink of Elegance Your Summer Deserves

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Chemist American Single Malt Whiskey

  • 4–5 oz chilled sparkling water (Topo Chico or Fever-Tree Club Soda preferred)

  • Lemon twist or wheel, for garnish

Instructions:

To make it, fill a chilled highball glass with ice and pour in 2 ounces of Chemist American Single Malt Whiskey. Top slowly with 4 to 5 ounces of sparkling water — we love the minerality of Topo Chico or the finesse of Fever-Tree Club Soda. Give it a gentle stir just once or twice to mix without disturbing the bubbles. Finish with a fresh lemon twist or wheel for a bright, aromatic lift.

Optional: Add a dash of orange bitters for a layer of complexity, or swap the sparkling water for grapefruit soda to make it fruit-forward and rebellious.
