Zin Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

• 2 oz Chemist Biltmore Conservatory Rose Gin

• 2 oz Zinfandel Wine

• ½ oz Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)

• 3 oz Tonic Water

Instructions

1. Pour into a large rocks or wine glass.

2. Add ice.

3. Express & garnish with a large grapefruit peel.

4. Enjoy!

Rose Simple Syrup

• 2 cups Water 

• 2 cups Sugar

• 1½ cups Dried Rose Petals

Mix sugar & water in a heavy bottom pot and heat slowly to a simmer.  Add rose petals and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 min.  Strain, allow to cool, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
