Rose Without Thorns

Ingredients

• 2 oz Chemist Biltmore Conservatory Rose Gin

• ¾ oz Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)

• ¾ Lime Juice

Instructions

1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake.

3. Pour into a coupe glass

4. Express & garnish with a lime twist

Rose Simple Syrup

• 2 cups Water 

• 2 cups Sugar

• 1½ cups Dried Rose Petals

Mix sugar & water in a heavy bottom pot and heat slowly to a simmer.  Add rose petals and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 min.  Strain, allow to cool, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
