Smoked Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Chemist Founder’s Reserve Whiskey

  • ¼ oz Maple Infused Eda Rhyne Amaro Nocino 

  • 3 Dash Orange Bitters

  • 3 Dash Jerry Thomas Bitters

  • Garnish: Orange Peel

  • Smoked Applewood Chips

Instructions

  1. On a fireproof surface torch a handful of applewood chips to produce smoke and quickly cover with a rocks glass. 

  2. In a glass mixing vessel with ice, add all liquid ingredients and stir until chilled.

  3. Remove rocks glass from smoked apple wood chips.

  4. Strain stirred mixture into glass.

  5. Express orange peel and add to the glass. Smell, sip, and enjoy!
