Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Conservatory Rose Gin

  • ¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¾ Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)

  • Biltmore Estate® Brut Sparkling Wine

  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

Instructions

  1. Pour in Conservatory Rose Gin, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.

  2. Strain into a flute glass.

  3. Top with sparkling wine.

  4. Express & garnish with a lemon twist.

Rose Simple Syrup

  • 2 cups Water 

  • 2 cups Sugar

  • 1½ cups Dried Rose Petals

Mix sugar & water in a heavy bottom pot and heat slowly to a simmer.  Add rose petals and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 min.  Strain the simple. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
