Each bottle of Chemist Apple Eau De Vie is made from 100% apples fermented by hand by our neighbors at Urban Orchard Cider Co. Using 40 pounds of apples per bottle, the final result is beautifully complex with distinct notes of baked apple. Best enjoyed after dinner as a digestif or used in a variety of cocktails from an Apple Jack Old Fashioned to a Manhattan.
